Stay safe and secure with us during the current pandemic
The health and safety of our guests and employees is a top priority and we have therefore taken a number of measures against the spread of Corona/Covid-19.
We want everyone to feel safe and secure with us. Therefore, we always follow government guidelines and recommendations so that our guests always feel safe with us during the current corona pandemic. We have therefore taken a number of different measures regarding, among other things, hygiene, cleaning and breakfast offer.

Cleaning and hygiene
- We perform regular disinfection of surfaces that are often used as door handles, card terminals and other surfaces in the public areas.
- We have increased focus on hand hygiene, and hand sanitizer is available for our guests in public areas.
- We clean room keys after each use and reuse keys that have rested for at least a week before a new guest receives them.
- We make sure that our rooms are left empty for at least 24 hours before a new guest moves into the room.

Many people are currently opting out of their cleaning during their stay. Ask for a sign at the reception to hang on his door while you stay with us.

Hotel no. 16 ́s breakfast package
Eat your breakfast in your room or why not bring your breakfast for later intake. We have adapted our breakfast to make it easy to intake and use one-time materials and are durable.
We have removed porcelain cups and glass in our rooms and replaced with disposable materials. If you still want real plas and porcelain cups, we will arrange it on request.

Meetings and conferences
We do our very best to make you and your employees feel safe during all types of events and we closely follow the directives and recommendations issued by the Swedish authorities.
Our large meeting room offers bright airy surfaces with high ceilings and a wonderful sea view.
With us you can safely hold a conference up to 10 people and keep your distance.

licy If you have made a flexible rate booking, you can change and cancel your stay until 18:00 local time the day before arrival. If you have made a booking with a non refundable rate, it will not be refunded.
Force major and Corona
If you have made a pre-paid booking, it cannot normally be rebooked or cancelled, but under the circumstances you can change your booking if you made your booking by April 1, 2020. If you choose to cancel, your booking will not be refunded.
If you have made your booking after 1 April 2020, normal rebooking and cancellation regulations apply.
