GENERALLY
You and the hotel agree on the terms of the room rental. The name of the company that runs the hotel and with which you enter into an agreement is Hotel no. 16 AB (org.nr 556963-9387)

Unless a special agreement has been reached, the following rules apply. For conferences and group bookings, special rules apply.

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
A booking is binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done orally, in writing or via a booking system. When booking, you are obliged to state your name, address, time of arrival and departure and how payment is to be made.

Booking of a minor without the guardian’s company
You must be at least 18 years old to book a room. You who book the room for a minor are responsible regardless of whether you live or not live with the minor in the room.

Bring guests to the hotel room
For security reasons, we only allow our employees and checked-in guests to stay freely in hotel rooms or other reserved premises.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in times are 15: 00-20: 00 unless otherwise decided between guest and hotel. Check-out is valid no later than 12:00 on the day of departure unless otherwise decided in advance.

CANCELLATION AND FAILURE TO ARRIVAL
Cancellation policy varies depending on the price range in which the guest has booked.

Non-refundable rate:
The booking cannot be changed or refunded. It is a discounted price and you pay at the time of booking.

Flexible rate:
Cancellation can be made no later than 6 pm the day before arrival. If canceled later, the first night will be charged.

THE HOTEL’S OBLIGATIONS AND YOUR WISHES
If the hotel cannot offer you a room by arrangement, you have the right to get a similar room or a room of a higher standard at no extra cost. When booking, let us know if you have specific requests so they are prepared for your arrival. Our hotel is non-smoking. If a guest violates the smoking ban, the hotel has the right to claim compensation for any costs incurred. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

PAYMENT
Payment is due at check-in at the latest. On site, we accept the most common debit cards in Sweden, American Express and Swish. The hotel accepts cash regularly but has no access to cash.

The hotel does not accept checks, coupons or foreign currency.

YOUR OWN SECURITY
Always find out where the emergency exits, alarm button and fire extinguisher are. Look for details in the information on the inside of the hotel room door. Also read the brochure “Staying in a hotel”.
